Yew Tree Removal and Stump Grinding in Chichester
Earlier this week, the Chichester Tree Solutions team were called out to a residential garden in central Chichester and a lovely new customer to remove a medium-sized Yew tree. This was then followed by a stump grinding treatment to leave the site clean and clear for the owner to reimagine the front garden space in accordance with their exciting new vision.
As the tree had originally been planted in a rather odd position next to the front garden path and was now getting out-of-control and spoiling the main aspect of the beautiful ‘chocolate box’ house, the homeowner had understandably made the decision to remove the tree and stump and allow their new vision for the space and start anew with a clean canvas. Clean Removal with Care
Steve and Josh began by carefully dismantling the tree in sections, ensuring that surrounding plants and lawn areas were left undisturbed. The branches and trunk were cut back methodically, and all material was safely removed from site to keep the work area clear.
Grinding the Stump
Once the main structure had been taken down, Josh prepared the area for stump grinding. Using the monster Bandit stump grinder machine, the remaining base of the Yew was taken well below ground level, leaving no sign above the surface and making the space ready for future planting or landscaping.
